If an item is out of stock, we will email you within 2 working days of placing your order. Please email email@example.com to check stock availability if delivery of your order is urgent.
It is the responsibility of the person purchasing to be aware of the Sales and Duty Tax regulations for the country where their purchase is being delivered. As each country has different regulations and Ngāi Tahu Pounamu is not responsible for any payments for Sales and Duty Tax, which the parcel may incur upon arrival.
All international deliveries are sent fully insured. The cost for this has been included in the International Delivery charges.

All refunds will be credited in New Zealand dollars and Ngai Tahu Pounamu Limited are not liale for any bank fees from your bank when processing your refund.
